Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Coordinator for our specialty - color blending facility in Sparta, NJ.

Heidelberg Materials North America, previously known as Lehigh Hansen, operates more than 450 locations with approxiately 9,000 employees in the U.
S.
and Canada, WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO Operates cement packing and PLC batching equipment; places and fills cement bags per production orders.
Draws samples from order for QC inspection.
Transports materials to / from production floor to storage areas utilizing a forklift.
Willingness and ability to work Saturdays and overtime as business needs dictate.
Willingness and ability to work in dusty and outdoor environment throughout the year.
Commitment to quality a must.
Prepares customer samples per production order.
Mandatory usage of Personal Protective Equipment as provided by management.
Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors to include mowing, snow removal etc.
Commitment to Good housekeeping practices in maintaining a clean & safe work area.
Must complete all assigned work in compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
Must be committed to Lehigh Hanson Safety Procedures/Guidelines to work safely at all times ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS High school diploma or GED required Ability to read, write, utilize and be comfortable with using a computer Forklift operator experience and certification preferred.
Able to sit for long periods in bagging chair.
Knowledge in basic mechanical and/ or electrical basics a Plus.
Basic math calculations and ability to read scale required WORK ENVIRONMENT Physical Requirements:
sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending (bending at the waist, lifting above the waist and lifting below the waist), kneeling, reaching, grasping (use of both hands), squatting, repetitive motions, manipulative finger movements with both hands, use of wrists (flexing or rotating with both wrists), use of both feet, use of arms above and below shoulder, work extended periods of time in same position, perform duties in all climates i.

weather, extreme temperatures, tolerate heights, lift and carry up to 94 lbs.
