As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Assist with office management tasks - Assist with checking patients in and out of the spa - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Qualifications - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred - Proficient in computerized systems and software applications - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of aesthetic procedures preferred If you are a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
