Overview:
Provides strategic HR consultation to assigned business segments planning and demonstrating the value of human capital management in support of the business strategy to achieve superior business results. This position will engage and influence key business leaders by providing valuable input to align the human capital plan with business objectives. This role will also develop and implement action plans which will strengthen business segment competitive advantage. Communicate and educate managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and initiatives supporting the company's business strategies.
Responsibilities:
Provides consultative and collaborative support to assigned business segments in all areas of human resources, including integrated talent management, organizational design and efficiency, compensation planning, employee relations and policy interpretation and administration.
Supports the talent management strategy through consulting and partnering with COEs for all talent needs such as recruiting and selection, culture and engagement, talent review, training and development needs for all employees (including management), strategic workforce planning, and total rewards. Ensures strong communication, execution and delivery of all talent strategies throughout the assigned area. Work with department head to develop and/or support succession and development plans.
In conjunction and consultation with assigned business segments, develops and implements human capital project plans/initiatives, to establish effective organizational designs, structures, and efficiency in support of business objectives.
Act as a change agent to the business; design processes and approaches to prepare the organization for ongoing change and transformation. In partnership with the COE, use agreed change leadership techniques including approaches to organizational diagnosis, business design, project management, and application of HR change policies, best-practice internal consulting techniques to successfully deliver effective organizational and cultural change in the business area.
Analyzes all employee/operational data (i.e., HR metrics) to proactively identify areas of concern or opportunity. Work with managers to develop plans to address issues, measure effectiveness, and follow-up, as necessary.
Assists in the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of all employee-related programs and activities. Conducts ER and/or leadership training programs, as required.
Proven success working closely with management and employees to build and improve relationships, build morale, increase engagement, productivity, performance and retention.

College degree, with SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
